She screamed cherry gashes

She Screamed Cherry Gashes

She screamed desperation at the insipid sky
Rain was falling on her gentle pale face
Eyes closed, arms up, wrists facing North
The blade went straight across
As she slowly fell on her knees

She screamed death at the insipid sky
Gently sobbing deeper into her made up hell
Chanting dark lullabies for her hungry mind
The blade went straight through
As she slowly collapsed on the wet pavement

She whispered love at the insipid sky
Blood pouring down her fragile green eyes
The blade left pretty cherry gashes
As she slowly crawled into her shattered desires
He silently left with her soul
